Our staff at Lakeland Hills is very flexible. Anything can be prepared by request prior to your event. Your suggestions can be incorporated into any party. Our staff will also help you custom fit any menu into your budget. Minimum number for hall usage is 20 persons. Maximum number for hall usage is 150 persons.

Your food choices are needed two weeks prior to your event. A formal confirmation of the number of meals needed is required 3 days prior to your event. This is the minimum number of meals that you will be responsible for.

Slow roasted to tender perfection. Choose potato, salad and vegetable. Served with fresh baked dinner roll with butter. Add a grilled chicken breast for $2.00.

Charcoal Grilled Steak $14.95
Enjoy a juicy 10-ounce New York Strip Steak served with potato, salad, vegetable and fresh baked dinner roll with butter.

Buffet Dinner $13.95
Choose two entrees and compliment with your choice of potato, vegetable, salad and fresh baked dinner roll with butter. Choices are: tender roast beef; baked pork or turkey with homemade dressing; meat or vegetable lasagna; tomato broccoli alfredo; baked or barbequed chicken; swiss steak; golumbkies; kielbasa and sauerkraut; or baked ham. Choose only one entree: $12.95

Potato Choices include: baked with butter & sour cream, mashed, garlic mashed, buttered parsley new potatoes, au gratins or sweet potato casserole.
Vegetable Choices include: green beans, carrots, com, beets, California medley or broccoli souffle.

Salad Choices include: traditional tossed salad with dressings on the side, cottage cheese, creamy coleslaw, or the Lakeland salad of mixed greens, walnuts, craisins, fruit and shredded parmesan cheese then lightly tossed with our special dressing.

Hot and Cold Buffet $12.95
Choice of two sandwich meats: ham, roast beef, turkey, kielbasa, pork or beef  barbeque. Buffet is served with homemade potato salad, fresh from the oven baked beans, creamy coleslaw, potato chips & dip, fresh veggies & dip, breads, cheese and condiments.

Patio Party - $8.00 without salads, $8.95 with salads
You can choose this meal anytime of the year (we'll cook outside and bring the food in to you). Choose 2 of the meats chicken breasts, sausages, hot dogs, or burgers cooked on the grill. Also includes potato chips and two homemade summer salads to compliment your meal, along with all the condiments.
